Terry Broussard, MAI, CCIM founded Broussard Realty & Appraisal in 1982 and focuses on the commercial division of the firm. Terry is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Louisiana. He is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Only 6% of the country’s ±150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the one most coveted and respected designations in the industry. He is the exclusive site selector for several national, regional and local companies. Terry is also member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Louisiana Realtors Association (LRA), Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA), Realtor Commercial Alliance of Acadiana (RCAA) and Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB). He was also the #1 commercial agent in sales volume within the 7-parish Acadiana area MLS for 2010.

Terry is a State General Certified appraiser in the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. He is a designated Member Appraisal Institute (MAI). The MAI membership designation, which is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, are appraisal specialists who advise clients on real estate investment decisions. Achieving an Appraisal Institute professional designation isn’t easy, and the members are rightly proud of their accomplishments. Holding a professional designation from the Appraisal Institute denotes a post-graduate level of achievement. In fact, fewer than 15 percent of all licensed or certified appraisers have earned the right to be called Appraisal Institute designated members. Terry is experienced in appraising all property types but does specialize in restaurant valuation with completion of over ±1,100 restaurant appraisals to date in seven (7) states. He has also been one of the exclusive appraisers for Farm Service Agency (FSA) involving agricultural related properties. He also has experience with various other properties including hotels/motels, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, mobile home/rv parks and numerous other properties.

Terry is also 1 of only 6 Realtors & Appraisers in all of Louisiana that holds both the premier CCIM and MAI designations.

Terry also founded TJB Investments, LLC, the development arm of Broussard Realty and has developed and currently owns and manages several retail, restaurant, multi-family and office properties throughout Louisiana.

Randy Harrington joined Broussard Realty & Appraisal in 2000 and is a Louisiana Licensed Real Estate salesperson and specializes in residential sales as well as very knowledgeable in farm and agricultural properties sales. Randy has been a multi-million dollar producer for the past three years. He is also a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the state of Louisiana. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Louisiana Realtors Association (LRA), Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA) and Certified Louisiana Associate Assessor (CLAA).

Tracy Hebert joined Broussard Realty & Appraisal in 2000 and is a Louisiana Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and specializes in residential sales. Tracy is also the office manager and executive assistant to Terry. She is also project manager for several developments through TJB Investments, LLC. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Louisiana Realtors Association (LRA), Realtor Association of Acadiana (RAA).
